Refund policy

Payments, Billing, and Disputes.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

One hour returning window.

Pre-Dispute Resolution Requirement:
If you experience any billing discrepancies, order errors, or wish to request a refund, you explicitly agree to contact our Customer Support team at support@tikvah.store to attempt to resolve the issue before contacting your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us, we reserve the right to:
Immediately and permanently suspend or terminate your account, access to our store, and any future processing of orders.

Charge you a $50.00 administrative fee per dispute to cover bank penalty costs and internal investigation expenses.

Recover the full amount of the disputed transaction, including shipping fees and administrative costs, via a third-party collections agency or legal action.

Fulfillment, Delivery, and Risk of Loss.
All physical items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the third-party shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Proof of Delivery:
A package marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system constitutes absolute and legally binding proof of successful delivery and fulfillment of our contract.

Stolen Packages ("Porch Piracy"):
We are not responsible or liable for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or lost after the carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered." We do not honor refunds or accept chargebacks for stolen items. In the event of a missing package marked as delivered, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or your homeowners/renters insurance policy.

No Chargebacks in Lieu of Returns.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or believe an item is defective, damaged, or "not as described," you must utilize our official return process as outlined in our Refund Policy. Filing a bank chargeback or dispute while remaining in possession of the merchandise is considered payment fraud / first-party fraud. To receive a refund or store credit, you must return the physical merchandise to our designated return warehouse in its original, unused condition. We will vigorously contest any chargeback filed where physical goods have been retained by the buyer without a authorized return shipment.

Third-Party Advertising and Marketing

We share information about your interactions with our site and purchases—such as hashed email addresses, order details, and device identifiers—with third-party service providers, including Google Ads. We use this information to measure advertising performance, evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, and deliver relevant advertisements on our behalf. These partners process this information securely and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
